Purpose of the role Accountable for anchoring the end-to-end processes of Store (all types of materials consumables, raw materials, capital items etc.) in a cost effective, time bound manner by following the standard procedures defined in organization policies. MIS / Reports Preparation - Create various MIS template as needed for the HOD, User departments and Senior Management - Ensure the data for such MIS reports are derived from ERP (High Rise) only, which provides accuracy and reliability of data - Submit all reports on timely basis and support the users on decision making based on data

Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities of a Store Keeper at Electrical Construction Project Sites Maintain accurate records of electrical materials received and issued. Ensure proper storage and handling of electrical components to prevent damage or loss. Regularly update inventory counts and ensure stock levels are adequate for ongoing projects. Receive, inspect, and store electrical materials delivered to the site. Issue materials as per the indent for various electrical works. Assist in preparing quality reports MRC for received electrical materials. Record daily material receipts and consumption. Maintain records of departmental tools, machinery, and equipment specific to electrical works. Keep track of cash purchases and other expenses related to electrical materials. Oversee the proper use and handling of electrical materials to minimize wastage. Ensure that all electrical tools and equipment are complete and in good condition. Supervise the transfer of materials between day and night security personnel. Prepare fortnightly or monthly consumption reports for Material received consumed installed etc. . Inform concerned engineers about the status of electrical materials and machinery. Update records on display boards regarding stock levels of electrical components.
