Supervise daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling and storage. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits. Manage inward and outward movement of materials, verifying delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors and procurement departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Issuing the material to production against indent (Materials issue/Request Note). Materials issuing to production by first in first out (FIFO)/First expiry first out (FEFO) basis. Maintain Bin Card System and ensuring updated. Prepare and submit periodic reports on inventory, consumption, and procurement.
