Stock Manager- Order Planning

The role involves managing the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to predict future order volumes and optimize inventory levels. Working closely with procurement and logistics teams, you will ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Collaboration with sales, production, logistics, and other relevant teams is essential to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any issues that may arise. It will be your responsibility to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, delivery times, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on order status, potential issues, and performance metrics. As part of the role, you will also be identifying opportunities to streamline order management processes and improve overall efficiency.
