Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of
stock inward and outward
(purchases, customer sales, inter-branch transfers, returns, and repairs).
Track daily movement of jewelry items including gold, diamond, platinum, and other precious items.
Conduct
stock reconciliation
regularly with system entries and physical inventory.
Coordinate with the
store team, warehouse, and HO
to ensure timely stock updates and adjustments.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of
slow-moving, fast-moving, or out-of-stock items
.
Support during
stock audits, physical stock verification
, and monthly inventory reporting.
Ensure stock handling procedures comply with
security, quality, and company guidelines
.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and stock visibility on the showroom floor.
Generate reports related to stock flow, movement analysis, and shrinkage if any.
Raise alerts on any
discrepancies or damage
during inward/outward movement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory or stock handling, preferably in the
retail jewelry
or luxury goods sector.
Strong knowledge of
inventory management software
(e.g., ERP, POS).
Proficient in
Excel
and report generation.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-value products with responsibility and integrity.
Knowledge of jewelry types, weights, and certifications is a plus.
Willing to coordinate with multiple teams and work extended hours when needed.
