About the role

This is a true generalist role designed for someone who wants to work closely with the founder in a fast-paced startup. Youll be involved in everything from digital marketing to project tracking to day-to-day business operations. If you're someone who loves wearing multiple hats, enjoys problem-solving, and doesnt shy away from getting your hands dirty this role is made for you.

Role & responsibilities

Call existing and potential customers to clarify their design requirements.
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage communication with clients, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
Create and post engaging content, offers and updates for social media.
Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
Collect and document customer design requirements.
Prepare requirement documents for the design team.

Role Objective

HauzInterior is looking for an ambitious and versatile professional to join our team as a key member of the Founders Office. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media, handling whatsapp communication, ensuring smooth customer interaction and cold calling. This role plays a crucial part in generating leads, maintaining client relationships and documenting project requirements for various interior design projects.
