As a Senior UX Designer at Simplilearn, you’ll be owning multiple product portfolios end-to-end. We’re looking for experienced designers who can understand, articulate, and solve user problems using a design first approach and create visually stunning interfaces that are a delight to use.

About the Job

What You Will Do:

• Own multiple Product UX portfolios
• Ensure world-class design quality and user experience your products
• Take a data and design first approach to problem solving
• Maintain the highest standards in UX Design and consistently produce delightful and world-class user experiences consisting of interaction design, visual experiences, as well as micro-interactions
• Work with leadership and stakeholders to understand business objectives and use design first approach while formulating the solution
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Reimagine user experiences as and when new AI technologies emerge

What You’ve Done:

• 3+ years of UX design experience
• Have single-handedly worked end-to-end on product(s) -

  user testing, prototyping, wireframing, visual design, interaction design (incl micro-interactions), usability testing, go live, measurement and iterations

• Analyzed funnel and engagement data in GA or similar platforms while designing new solutions or iterating on existing features
• Collaborated with cross functional teams and leadership to understand and align to business objectives
• Collaborate deeply with product management, engineering, product marketing teams to ensure pixel perfect ui and successful adoption by users
• User research, UAT, A/B rollouts is a must

Education:

• Having a formal design education is a plus but not mandatory
