Sr. Recruiter

You will be responsible for understanding client requisitions and identifying potential candidates from various sources such as internal database, job boards, social media, and headhunting. As a Jr. Recruiter & Sr. HR Recruiter, you should have proven work experience in IT or Non IT recruitment. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including performing reference and background checks, conducting team or Google Meet interviews, and validating candidates" IDs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. You should be an agile and fast decision-maker, capable of delivering quality results in the dynamic nature of the staffing business. Being target-oriented with a proactive attitude is crucial. Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements is also necessary. Collaboration with team members is a key aspect of this role. The job requires you to work full-time in Vijay Char Rasta, Ahmedabad. The salary budget for this position is up to 25k, and the qualification required is any graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the interview mode is face-to-face.
