Sr. Python Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in developing scalable solutions to drive initiatives across the organization. You will design, develop, and deploy efficient solutions using Python, alongside tools like Selenium, Power Automate, and other RPA technologies, to integrate and optimize business processes. Your role will focus on ensuring the developed solutions are effective, secure, and able to scale as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on system integrations and process optimization. Proficient in Python for creating scalable, efficient solutions and handling complex workflows. Strong understanding of software architecture, Python-based system integrations, and process streamlining. Experience with tools like Selenium for web testing, with familiarity in RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate) as a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using Python, focusing on automating key business processes. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement automation solutions that meet performance and scalability needs. Optimize existing workflows, improving automation performance, reliability, and security using Python. Leverage Selenium and Power Automate (or other RPA tools) to automate web interfaces and business processes, as required. Oversee the deployment of RPA bots into production, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues. Utilize Flask server for web-based automation and API integrations as part of the RPA architecture. Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative environment, and document best practices and troubleshooting guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technologies to drive continuous improvement. Good to Have: Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes, particularly in automating RPA bot deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and automation within RPA workflows. Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and knowledge of web automation frameworks with Flask server for RPA-related applications. Experience troubleshooting automation processes across multiple operating systems (OS).
