Sr MOTOR HEAD

We are hiring a Senior Motor head to support our motor claims and underwriting operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of motor insurance processes . Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing motor insurance claims and documentation Coordinate with surveyors, garages, and policyholders for claim assessment Support the underwriting team in issuing and renewing motor policies Perform field visits if required Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in the system Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in motor insurance (freshers may apply) Good knowledge of motor insurance products and claim procedures Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel locally, if required Preferred: Candidates with a general insurance background Benefits: Competitive salary Travel allowance (if applicable) Health insurance Training and development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,887.45 - ₹73,669.04 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
