Sr Lead - Network Operations & Support

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day network operations and maintenance in the areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud & Security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT/other domains. This includes handling customer change requests, ensuring platform uptime, managing incident and problem resolutions, coordinating with CFT/OEM, and providing escalation support for operations. Your role involves delivering results that directly impact daily operations, overseeing professional or technical staff, and reviewing work quality. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining infrastructure for field and network operations to enhance network efficiency and availability, managing new enhancements and issue resolutions, proactive/reactive fault management, incident management, working with OEMs on recurring issues, automating manual tasks, reviewing CFT team changes, monitoring environment performance, managing network equipment maintenance and security operations, and conducting day-to-day O&M tasks for network equipment. You will also be tasked with identifying and automating manual activities, creating SOP documents, tracking environment performance to minimize interruptions, handling network equipment maintenance, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by performing repairs and maintenance. The role may involve working independently or leading a small team. Desired skill sets for this role include troubleshooting network, equipment, and service level faults, writing comprehensive vulnerability assessment reports, understanding domain and related technologies, and applying manual testing techniques to enhance environment understanding and reduce false positives/negatives.,
