Sr. Executive Client Servicing

Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Senior Executive – Client Servicing who excels in face-to-face interactions, especially in presenting and pitching to government departments and private sector clients. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in the field, can build strong client relationships, and effectively communicate our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on-ground meetings with both government and private clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional pitches and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with government procurement procedures and private sector expectations.
• Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and client events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably with exposure to government tenders or institutional clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in pitching services and building B2G/B2B relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site meetings and presentations.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
