Role & responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Issue reports on status to the relevant stakeholders,Query Resolution ,Handle requests/issues regarding SOB Process - Manage end to end Life cycle of SOB .TAT of SLA Agreement Creation Quality of delivery - Achieve and improve the process KPI performance.Escalate functional questions / bugs / change requests as per agreed escalation process - Manage Query resolution and troubleshooting.Preparing MIS & Reporting as per requirement from management - Monitor performance and use of the system; monitor adherence to process.Builds strong relationships with stakeholder and suppliers - Contributes to driving the Health, Safety and wellbeing agenda in SCM & local operations -Assure to provide the Quality assurance. - Query Resolution - Handle issues/Escalations effectively with stackholder regarding Supplier on boarding Process - Ensures continuous alignment with internal stakeholders and circle SCMs for seamless support delivery Preferred candidate profile • Communication skills • Managing a changing environment • Making a personal difference • Communicating for impact • Ability to motivate a small team • Ability to work across peer group in multiple teams/ locations Excellent MS Office Knowledge
