The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), particularly with Accurate Spectra software, to ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of components produced through CNC-VMC/Machining processes. Responsibilities: Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using Accurate Spectra software to perform precise dimensional inspections of machined components. Conduct in-depth analysis of measurement data, identify deviations from engineering drawings and specifications, and generate detailed inspection reports. Interpret complex engineering blueprints, 2D/3D models, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to create effective CMM inspection programs. Work with components produced through CNC-VMC and Machining processes, ensuring their quality meets stringent standards. Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements. Troubleshoot CMM program issues and measurement discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
