The candidate will support industrial IoT applications, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative use cases leveraging various technologies to optimize industrial processes Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Industrial IoT solutions and troubleshoot issues Develop and implement IIoT use cases to enhance industrial efficiency Work on the IoT IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) tasks Work with IoT devices, cloud platforms, and edge computing to build scalable solutions Collaborate with industrial teams to identify problems and propose innovative solutions Key Performance Indicators: Configure and maintain industrial protocols such as MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP, UDP Create preventive maintenance, reports, alerts and Grafana dashboards Ensure data collection, processing, and analysis for predictive maintenance and optimization Stay updated with emerging IIoT trends, security best practices, and new technologies Qualificaton: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics/computer science, or a related field Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting Knowledge of cloud computing such as Azure Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Grafana, and industrial automation systems. Proficiency in Javascript, Python, Node-red for IoT application development Familiarity with all type of databases (i.e. SQL/NOSQL/Time Series) Understanding of edge computing and embedded systems. Expertise in installing OS and handling the hardware related issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills Functional Skills/Competencies: Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or other IoT hardware Good to have knowledge on Linux and bash scripting Knowledge of GIT and Docker Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial IoT Behavioral Skills/Competencies: Knowledge of GIT and Docker Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial IoT mail CV to anzia.sabreen@bct-consulting.com
