Key Responsibilities: Manage and process daily operational activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor and maintain records, generate reports, and provide data insights to support management decisions. Assist in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies to meet departmental goals. Handle escalations and resolve issues related to customer queries, documentation, or process delays. Support training and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team productivity. Ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory guidelines to maintain service quality and compliance. Participate in audits and quality checks, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in [specify domain e.g., Credit Operations, Customer Service, Quality Assurance]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with internal management systems or CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Preferred: Exposure to loan processing, credit analysis, or quality audits (if relevant). Experience in process optimization and compliance management.
