Expertise in Catia V5 & experience in any plastic part design is must. Job Description: Qualification & Experience BE / B Tech. Mechanical or equivalent Experience in any Plastic part design using Catia V5 & TCUA for 4 6 years. Added advantage: Experience in HVAC system design is an added advantage. Work Location : Chennai Job Responsibilities Design & Modeling of automotive HVAC & plastic components using CATIA V5. Strong usage & flexibility on Catia V5 environment. Good knowledge & Exposure to GD&T, DFA & DFM. Good level of exposure on design of Plastics. Support team of Design / CAD engineers to deliver Quality data as per project requirements. Must have exposure to PLM, preferable TcUA. Job Requirement Concept design and development for New vehicle HVAC programs. Convert Concept to detailed design. Review Tooling requirements & Manufacturing feasibility. Detailing & creation of manufacturing drawings with GD&T. Tool Skill Set Catia V5 (Part design, Assembly design, Generative shape design & Drafting. Kinematics & Simulation is an added advantage.)
