Sr. Dot Net Developer

As a Senior Dot Net Developer with 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, documenting, and maintaining robust applications using .NET Core 6/8+, C#, REST APIs, T-SQL, and modern JavaScript/jQuery. You should have expertise in MS SQL Server, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, packages, cursors, tables, and object types. Additionally, you will integrate and support third-party APIs and external services while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across the full technology stack. In this client-facing role for a US client, strong communication skills are essential as you will be expected to work hands-on with coding and Azure Cloud services. The working hours are 8 hours per day with a mandatory 4-hour overlap during EST Time zone (12 PM - 9 PM) for meetings. You will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage tasks using Jira, and have a clear understanding of technical priorities, architectural dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges. Your primary skills should include 8+ years of hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core 6/8+, Entity Framework / EF Core, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs. You should be skilled in unit testing with XUnit, MSTest, and have a strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and scalable solution design. Additionally, you must have experience with Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API Integrations, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are required, along with other relevant certifications in Azure, .NET, or Cloud technologies. Familiarity with AngularJS, ReactJS, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Containerization, Orchestration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Classic / YAML) will be beneficial. As a Senior Dot Net Developer, you will lead and inspire teams through clear communication, technical mentorship, and ownership. Strong problem-solving, debugging capabilities, and the ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code are essential. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining frameworks and shared libraries to support large-scale applications, along with providing excellent technical documentation, communication, and leadership skills. This is a full-time position located in Trivandrum / Kochi, with a preference for candidates who have 8 years of experience in .NET Core and 2 years of experience in Azure.
