Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision
• Grinding, brewing, and extracting espresso to perfection
• Steaming milk for different textures and latte art
• Understanding and recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods
• Engaging with customers, explaining coffee origins, and enhancing their coffee experience
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station
• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality control

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for coffee & specialty coffee

• Experience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods is a plus
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• A friendly and energetic attitude with great customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team
