SQL Server Developer

You should have strong SQL knowledge including query performance, tuning, and understanding of database structure. It is important to have knowledge of data modeling principles. Additionally, familiarity with at least one ETL tool (such as SSIS, Talend, abinitio, etc.) is required. Your analytical skills should be strong with attention to detail, and you should be passionate about complete data structure and problem solving. You should be able to quickly grasp new data tools and concepts. Experience in data warehouse environments with knowledge of data architecture patterns is essential. You will be responsible for preparing and/or directing the creation of system test plans, test criteria, and test data. You will also determine system design and prepare work estimates for developments or changes for multiple work efforts. Creating or updating system documents such as BRD, functional documents, ER-diagrams, etc. will be part of your responsibilities. Experience in handling and supporting mid-scale teams is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage the team effectively and understand and resolve resource issues promptly to enhance team productivity.
