Handle and monitor supplier-related non-conformities (NC) including containment actions, repairs, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions using the 8D approach and other problem-solving tools
Collaborate with India DQE and China HQ DQE teams for component-specific issue resolution for both India- and China-sourced items
Troubleshoot and perform containment actions for Nacelle & Hub (N&H) components including Electrical, Mechanical, Gearbox Bearing, Composite & Steel Fabrication, Casting, Fasteners, Generators, Control Panels, Cables, etc., especially during incoming and assembly stages
Conduct failure analysis using RCA/QC tools to improve component quality and ensure smooth N&H production
Ensure supplier activities on the shop floor comply with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards during joint repair or salvage work
Collaborate with planning, logistics, and quality departments to resolve workflow issues and optimize resources
Coordinate daily shop floor activities related to N&H assembly to meet production targets
Guide supplier technicians on standard assembly practices, electrical safety, and updated procedures
Show adaptability and eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
57 years of experience in wind turbine manufacturing, assembly, or electrical integration
Preferred experience in Nacelle and Hub production, process, and supplier quality
Experience in coordinating shop floor activities and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with quality tools like PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, NC, and NC Claim
