Sponsorship Sales Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities This is for Sponsorship Sales position. Drive sponsorship revenue through lead generation, pitching, and deal closures for assigned major conferences and events Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets Lead and develop a team members. Review and track the work done by these team members Assist in team training and provide guidance to junior members. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at potential sponsor companies via calls, emails, and meetings. Collaborate with event marketing and execution teams to develop custom sponsorship packages and customized proposals for major prospects Conduct regular pipeline reviews with team members Work closely with the Senior Manager to align sales strategies with business goals. Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfil sponsorship deliverables . Experience - 5 to 10yrs Work location - Vikhroli East. Working days - All 5 days working from office.
