Role & responsibilities This is for Sponsorship Sales position. Drive sponsorship revenue through lead generation, pitching, and deal closures for assigned major conferences and events Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets Lead and develop a team members. Review and track the work done by these team members Assist in team training and provide guidance to junior members. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at potential sponsor companies via calls, emails, and meetings. Collaborate with event marketing and execution teams to develop custom sponsorship packages and customized proposals for major prospects Conduct regular pipeline reviews with team members Work closely with the Senior Manager to align sales strategies with business goals. Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfil sponsorship deliverables . Experience - 5 to 10yrs Work location - Vikhroli East. Working days - All 5 days working from office. Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach (email, calls, social media). Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of potential members. Follow the industry trends, market needs, and competitors to refine the sales pipeline Membership Sales & Target Achievements: Achieve individual membership sales targets. Convert leads into memberships by effectively presenting association benefits and value propositions. Close sales and onboard new members smoothly. Collaboration with Team & Committee: Work closely with team members and committee leads to share feedback and identify membership opportunities. Collaborate on lead generation initiatives and contribute to planning events & webinars. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress, leads generated, and membership conversions. Track personal sales KPIs and contribute to team performance metrics. Non-Member Relationship Management Maintain ongoing relationship with potential non-members by addressing their queries and resolving any membership-related concerns to convert them into member. Event Participation & Networking: Actively participate in events, webinars, and workshops to network and identify potential members and generate new leads. Securing new potential members on the spot to drive membership growth Promote association activities, resources, and benefits during events to increase membership interest. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or membership-based roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven. Comfortable with public speaking and event participation. Knowledge of the industry(Insurance ,EdTech, event sales etc) or association landscape is a plus.
