Job Description Accounts Payable Executive Company: ASAPP Info Global Group Location: Sewri Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Keeping: · Accurate entry of financial data related to cost centres. · Maintain proper records and ensure up-to-date filing of all necessary documents. TDS Management: · Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) timely payments and working. · File TDS returns as per government regulations. GST Management: · Ensure timely payment of GST and filing of monthly returns GSTR1 & GST 3-B. Statutory Compliance: · Handle PF (Provident Fund) & ESIC (Employees' State Insurance) payments. · Manage PT (Professional Tax) payments and filing of returns. · Assist in statutory audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Petty Cash & Utility Payments: · Oversee petty cash disbursements and manage utility payments for the organization. Vendor & Creditor Management: · Maintain creditor list and prepare cheques/online payments. · Handle vendor master data and credit card entries. Invoice & Sales Reporting: · Follow up on invoices and maintain sales reports and sales invoices.
