To manage the Design and Development of Wires and Cables.

Develop and execute network testing strategies to validate performance, security, and reliability. Perform functional, performance, and security testing of network infrastructure, including OLT and network management systems such as Axiros. Test and troubleshoot fiber optic networks, including fiber optic cables, splicing, connections, and related testing equipment. Analyze and resolve network issues related to IP routing, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Automate network testing processes using Python or Java to improve efficiency and accuracy. Conduct load, stress, and failover testing on network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Collaborate with network engineers to enhance network monitoring and management tools. Document test plans, results, and issue resolutions for continuous network improvements. Strong experience in network management and network monitoring tools. Hands-on experience with OLT and network management tools (Axiros preferred). In-depth knowledge of fiber optic technologies, including fiber optic cables, splicing, and testing equipment. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls. Expertise in IP routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
