Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for working with children. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients ranging from toddlers to school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/IFSPs if applicable)

Work closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to support therapy goals

Document progress and maintain accurate records

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school/clinic collaborations

Provide parent training and education as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid SLP license (according to state regulations)

CCC-SLP preferred but CFY candidates will also be considered

Experience working with children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other developmental needs

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience (not required):

Early intervention (ages 1–6)

School-based services

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
