Role & responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and other relevant tools. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives. Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to derive actionable insights from campaign data. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in performance marketing Preferred candidate profile : About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Digital Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will manage performance-driven campaigns, analyze key metrics, and contribute to overall digital growth initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital performance marketing, data analysis, and a passion for driving measurable results. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related digital marketing role. Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, media buying, and digital optimisation strategies. Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and DV360. Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms. Desired Skills: Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
