Role: Specialist Trainer (Sales or Digital Marketing) Exp: 5-10 years Work location: Bangalore Must have worked as a B2B Sales Trainer or Digital Marketing trainer in international markets Have detailed knowledge and hands on experience in Digital Marketing processes Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. Prepare learning materials for programs. Develop onboarding programs for new employees. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs. Research new teaching methods.
