Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process for foreign workers, ensuring alignment with Singapore-based client needs. Handle customer inquiries professionally and in a friendly manner, while understanding and assessing employer requirements. Conduct interviews with potential workers to gather and compile their bio-data, experience, and job history, and match these profiles with customer needs. Recommend suitable candidates to employers and facilitate the closing of recruitment deals. Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and selected workers. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for worker deployment, including Security Bonds, Employment Contracts, and Service Agreements. Provide ongoing support and follow-up services after placement, mediating between workers and employers when necessary. Coordinate with Singapore stakeholders on MOM-related matters and arrange for MOM card collection, thumbprinting, and other related tasks. Handle embassy-related matters, manage administrative tasks, and follow up on billing and payments from clients. Desired Candidate Profile Existing experience in recruitment sales or a willingness to learn. Strong sales ability, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle all Foreign Worker (FW) and employer matters independently. As this job requires working with Singapore-based clients, work starts at 7:30 AM IST at the latest. Must commit to working with us for a longer period; job hoppers need not apply. Education is not a barrier for the right candidate; diploma, or degree discontinued candidates are also welcome to apply. Selected candidates will be provided with complete training.
