Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with all parties involved. Utilize sourcing profiles to identify potential candidates who meet specific requirements. Perform Boolean searches on popular job boards to find relevant resumes. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or related field (IT Recruitment). Strong understanding of Sourcing Profiles, Interview Scheduling, and Job Portals. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
