Responsibilities include identifying and securing channel partners, building robust broker networks, analyzing market trends to identify sourcing opportunities, driving footfall for the projects, and collaborating effectively with sales teams for seamless handover processes. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of sourcing experience in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Andheri. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the real estate markets in the specified locations.
