Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

As a Channel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard real estate brokers to expand the network. You will play a crucial role in maintaining active engagement with brokers, ensuring consistent lead generation, and fostering collaboration within the network. Working closely with brokers, you will drive lead flow, support sales efforts, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Your role will also involve assisting closing teams in ensuring that broker leads are nurtured and effectively converted. Additionally, you will leverage your industry connections to expand broker reach and enhance engagement strategies. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. A strong broker network and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. Weekend availability is required, and you may be eligible for quarterly and yearly bonuses based on performance.
