Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and innovative AI/ML and IoT-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between client requirements, product capabilities, and technical implementation. Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you'll ensure that our solutions are both technically robust and aligned with customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end system architectures integrating Edge AI, IoT, and cloud components.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Create architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, deployment strategies, and tech stack documentation.

Client Engagement & Pre-sales Support

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Present architectural strategies and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and solution workshops with enterprise clients and government bodies.

Project Implementation & Oversight

• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout development and deployment.
• Review system designs and code to ensure alignment with architecture and project goals.
• Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and maintenance challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with data scientists, DevOps, product managers, and UI/UX teams to align technology with business strategy.
• Define and enforce best practices in software development, CI/CD, and microservices.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architectural decision records, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and SLAs.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical solution design and development, including 2+ years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in Edge Computing, AI/ML, or Computer Vision systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, RTSP, WebSockets) and real-time streaming systems (Kafka, RTSP, WebRTC).
• Proficiency in backend development using Python, Java, or Node.js; exposure to front-end technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience integrating APIs, managing SQL/NoSQL databases, and designing distributed systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI video analytics platforms and IIoT/IoT ecosystems.
• Exposure to Edge AI hardware like NVIDIA Jetson, Xavier, or Orin platforms.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of government and enterprise procurement processes and handling large-scale deployments.
