Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing end-to-end architecture solutions for complex web applications in Pune. Your primary focus will be on ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of the solutions you create. Collaborating closely with the sales and business development teams, you will craft compelling responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your technical prowess and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your proficiency across a wide spectrum of web technologies, including Angular, ReactJs, NextJS, VueJS, NUXTJs, NestJS, MongoDB, MySQL, NodeJS, ES5/ES6, and TypeScript will be essential in driving innovation and excellence in solution architecture. You will lead the design and implementation of microfrontends to enable modular and efficient front-end development, as well as work on microservices using MEAN, MERN, and MEVN stacks to ensure highly scalable and maintainable architectures. Demonstrating deep expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, you will leverage these platforms to create scalable and resilient web solutions. Your ability to code when necessary will set the standard for hands-on problem-solving and technical excellence within the team. Employing design patterns effectively, integrating security into DevOps processes, defining and addressing non-functional requirements, and making strategic decisions regarding technology adoption will be key responsibilities in ensuring the highest quality web solutions. You will also strategize and execute upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives within the development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Proficiently leading and managing best practices for front-end engineering, you will ensure that user interfaces are not only visually appealing but also highly performant and user-friendly. Your expertise in version control systems like Git and Bitbucket, along with your knowledge of the 15 Factor Principles for building modern, cloud-native web applications and implementing Saga Patterns for distributed transactions, will further enhance your ability to create scalable and efficient architectures.
