As a Software Testing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Your role will involve testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, providing test coverage including functional, integration, and regression testing. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will investigate and report defects/bugs discovered during testing, following up with re-tests after fixes. Your expertise in software testing, including both manual and automated testing, will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products. In our vibrant office locations in Bangalore, Pune, and Indore, you will be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration. As part of the APAC team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with teams and offices across the globe. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, preferably using SAFe Agile methodology, will be beneficial. Hands-on experience in functional and automation testing, as well as familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium and tools such as Cucumber, are required. Experience with Salesforce applications and certifications are highly valued, along with expertise in Quality Assurance best practices, tools, and software. Proficiency in Java, as well as experience working with testing and defect management tools like Rally or JIRA, is essential. Building strong relationships across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success in this role.
