As part of our team, you will collaborate with top-notch engineers and product experts to develop, implement, deliver, and maintain our ambitious products and integrations. We prioritize your dedication and enthusiasm for software development. Your responsibilities will include integrating innovative and high-performing features into our cutting-edge software applications, drawing on your expertise in computer science, programming principles, and data structures. You will also create, test, and document libraries and frameworks to facilitate scalable development across multiple projects within specified constraints. Quality assurance will drive your work throughout the agile product lifecycle, from requirements to support. In addition to writing clear and maintainable code, you will align your code objectives with company goals and metrics, translating user requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product owners. Troubleshooting production incidents, supporting products, and ensuring product quality are essential aspects of your role. A DevOps mindset, data-driven decision-making, and staying abreast of technological trends are all critical components of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, web programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles is required. Experience with Java frameworks, REST services, unit testing, and agile methodologies is essential. Strong communication, partnership, and teamwork skills are also necessary. Technological proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, SQL Server/MySQL/MongoDB, Tomcat/Jetty/Weblogic, Mockito/Junit, Git/SVN, Maven/Gradle, and more will be advantageous. Experience with AWS, open-source contributions, agile methodologies, Kubernetes, and Docker is considered a bonus.
