You have a willingness to jump into our legacy code to improve it when needed and are excited in learning about how our industry operates! What will you be doing: Joining our engineering team at Serko, you ll play a crucial role in developing critical features for our enterprise corporate customers. In this role you will Develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. What youll bring You will contribute through your expertise in: Java and it s frameworks Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Java /J2EE, Spring framework, HTTP, REST/SOAP APIs, Struts, Maven, JavaScript, HTML/CSS A professional experience of minimum 3 years and above in relevant tech stack Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
