Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Functional Safety. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle. - Experience with risk assessment and management in automotive systems. - Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations in the automotive industry. - Ability to analyze and mitigate potential safety issues during the development process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automotive Functional Safety. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, or any related stream is required.
