Project Role :Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills :Salesforce Lightning Web Components

Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
