Software Developer- Product Development (Python/Java)

You are a highly experienced Specialist Software Developer with over 10 years of proven expertise in product development. Your strong problem-solving skills and system design expertise, combined with hands-on experience in Java, Python, or Kotlin, make you an ideal candidate for this role. You have demonstrated the ability to work across multiple technologies, platforms, and programming languages, and can lead development teams to deliver complex features with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and delivering key product features end-to-end. You will lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship. You will drive architecture and design decisions with scalability and performance in mind, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design will be valuable assets in this position. Preferred skills include exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, as well as prior experience in architecting distributed, scalable systems.
