Job Description

  1. Soft Skills Training

    :
    • Conduct interactive sessions on topics such as communication skills, time management, teamwork, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, etc.
    • Design and deliver workshops and training programs to improve verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  1. Personality Development

    :
    • Guide students in developing self-confidence, body language, professional etiquette, and grooming to improve their personal and professional presence.
    • Provide personalized feedback to students and help them in their journey of self-improvement.

  1. Training Material Development

    :
    • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and content to ensure they are engaging, current, and relevant to the needs of the students.
    • Create an atmosphere conducive to open discussions, practice, and skill-building.

  1. One-on-One Coaching

    :
    • Offer individual coaching sessions to students who require specific help with their personal or professional growth.
    • Help students with resume building, interview preparation, and effective communication during professional interactions.

  1. Evaluation & Reporting

    :
    • Assess students progress through feedback, surveys, and performance evaluations.
    • Provide periodic reports to the department and contribute to improvements in training methods based on student needs and feedback.

  1. Collaborate with Faculty & Industry Experts

    :
    • Work closely with faculty members to align soft skills training with academic programs and industry requirements.
    • Invite guest speakers, professionals, and industry leaders to conduct sessions and provide exposure to real-world practices.

  1. Workshops & Events

    :
    • Organize seminars, workshops, and other personality development programs on a regular basis.
    • Support the university in hosting career fairs and placement-related events by enhancing students' readiness for job interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Education

    : A graduate or post-graduate degree in English, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience

    :
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or related roles.
    • Experience in working with university students or young professionals is an added advantage.

  • Skills

    :
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Expertise in delivering training on communication, leadership, and personality development topics.
    • Ability to engage and inspire students.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring students.

  • Certifications

    : Certification in soft skills training, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), or Personality Development programs is a plus.
