The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in visual media, film studies, photography, graphic design, and related areas. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and contributing to curriculum development while fostering a hands-on, industry-oriented learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate courses in Visual Communication including subjects like Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Film Studies, Media Writing, and Animation. Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and practical sessions using a variety of teaching methods. Mentor and guide students in academic and creative projects. Supervise internships, workshops, and media productions. Participate in syllabus design, academic planning, and departmental development. Encourage innovation, creative thinking, and real-world application of media skills. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Organize guest lectures, exhibitions, and student showcases. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Visual Communication / Mass Communication / Media Studies or a related field Teaching or industry experience in media, design, or communication is highly desirable Strong portfolio of academic or creative work
