Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions aimed at enhancing interpersonal, communication, and professional skills for students, freshers, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
• Assess training needs and customize modules to suit the audience (students, entry-level professionals, or corporate teams).
• Facilitate both individual and group training in classroom and workshop formats.
• Use interactive techniques like role-plays, group discussions, simulations, and presentations to enhance learning.
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials, handouts, and post-session assessments.
• Maintain attendance and session feedback records.
• Coordinate with academic/corporate partners to schedule and manage sessions.
• Continuously update training content to match industry standards and learner expectations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, coaching, or personality development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to engage learners across different age groups and backgrounds.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, presentation tools).
• Certification in soft skills or behavioral training (preferred, not mandatory).
