  Content Ideation & Creation

  : Develop engaging, trend-aligned scripts and posts for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.
• 📹

  Be the Face of Classplus

  : Host Reels, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand updates as the personality people relate to.
• 📱

  Manage Social Media Channels

  : Plan, post, and manage Classplus’s content calendar across key platform.
• 🎨

  Collaborate with Design & Video Teams

  to create thumb-stopping creatives.
• 📊

  Track Performance

  : Use analytics to optimize content strategy and grow engagement, reach, and community.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 📱 You’ve got strong instincts for what works on social – especially Reels & short-form video
• 😎 You're confident on camera and can bring energy + clarity while speaking
• 🧠 You understand trends, meme culture, and the GenZ/Bharat creator vibe
• 🖋️ Excellent command over English & Hinglish (bonus for Hindi scripting)
• 🧩 Ability to own a project from scratch — from idea to execution
• ❤️ Bonus: You've created content before — on your own page or for a brand
