Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while maintaining safety regulations and efficient coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and laborers.
• Monitor material usage and inventory on-site.
• Resolve any on-site issues and report progress to project managers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily logs.
• Enforce site health & safety rules at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or real estate projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
