Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and proactive Site Supervisors to join our growing team at Brickmark. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers to execute tasks efficiently. Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at the construction site. Report daily progress and site issues to the project manager. Monitor the use of materials and control waste. Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns as required. Requirements:Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. Basic English communication skills. Freshers are welcome to apply. Must own a two-wheeler for site travel. Candidates residing in North Bengaluru (Yelahanka and nearby areas) preferred.
