Site Supervisor – Architecture/Interior Design

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical drawings and a passion for executing high-quality design projects on-site. *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure smooth execution of interior and architectural projects. * Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications provided by the design team. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure timely and quality work. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. * Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project manager or architect. * Handle on-site problem-solving and manage any unforeseen issues that arise. *Requirements:* * Ability to read and understand architectural and interior technical drawings. * Willingness to work hard and take initiative for personal and professional growth. * Flexible to work beyond standard hours as required by site conditions and project deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Basic knowledge of site tools, materials, and construction methods. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Previous on-site experience in architecture or interior design projects is an advantage.
