What You'll Do:

• Design initial layouts & concepts (Sketch/CAD) for retail and corporate spaces
• Supervise end-to-end execution of interior projects, fit-outs & renovations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors & cross-functional teams for timely delivery
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety & progress tracking
• Maintain reports, measurements, BOQs, and cost control
• Collaborate with Facility & Admin teams to streamline execution

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• 2–4 years’ experience in commercial interiors or renovation projects
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Strong site supervision skills & knowledge of construction methods/materials
• Effective communicator with excellent coordination & time management
