Qualifications Proficiency in sign language interpretation and training Excellent communication skills and empathy 3 years experience working with youth with disabilities Knowledge of deaf culture and sensitivity to diverse needs Certification in sign language interpretation (desirable) Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team Bachelor's degree in Sign Language Interpretation or related field
