We are inviting applications for the role of External Member under the POSH Act to be appointed on the Internal Committee (IC) of Bright Future, As an External Member, you will be responsible for supporting organizations in upholding a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment by participating in complaint redressal, offering guidance on due process, and ensuring legal compliance. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5–10 years of experience in law, social work, human rights, women’s rights, or workplace safety. Prior experience in handling POSH inquiries or acting as an External Member (preferred). Strong knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and practical experience with IC proceedings.
