Job Overview:

We are seeking a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and confident female showroom executive to join our premium jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a charming personality, and a passion for customer service and fashion. This role involves assisting customers with jewellery selection, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Showcase and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to clients
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable jewellery pieces
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
• Support in achieving monthly sales targets
• Assist with inventory management and stock display
• Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and collections

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a pleasant appearance and positive attitude
• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in engaging with high-end clientele
• Computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems
• Fluency in English and local language
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times
• Age: 20–30 years preferred
